Service Description

Pre-approved dogs will benefit greatly from a professional trainer working your dog in a public setting and taking your dog for a structured 45-minute training walk! An initial assessment session is required to ensure suitability for this program and for us to set up detailed learning and progress plans with you. After being pre-approved, book your package deal and pre book your days and times directly through our booking portal! Most sessions are recommended to run at Maffeo Sutton Park, we also offer different locations, please confirm times with us for alternate locations.

Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy: All refunds are subject to a service fee. Classes: Cancellations up to 48 hours before your class can be refunded; a service fee will be deducted for all refunds. Late cancellations within 2 days of your class: 50% Credit towards a suitable lesson or class (to be used within 2 months of the original start date). Classes will not be refunded after the class has started. But may be transferred to another class or lesson at our discretion and will be subject to a service fee. Missed lessons will not be refunded or made up. Dogs may attend class with another handler, or can catch up at their next class. You can always contact us for additional support via email. Private lessons: Refund available up to 48 hours before your appointment, minus the service charge. Late cancellations within 2 days of your appointment: 50% Credit towards a suitable lesson or class (to be used within 2 months of the original date). No-shows or missed appointments will not be refunded.
