Service Description

A chance to meet other puppy friends and get pointers on what to look for to match playmates appropriately, when to interrupt, how to modify play styles and environments for success and meet new pups to allow you to set up your own play dates in the future!

Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy: All refunds are subject to a service fee. Classes: Cancellations up to 48 hours before your class can be refunded; a service fee will be deducted for all refunds. Late cancellations within 2 days of your class: 50% Credit towards a suitable lesson or class (to be used within 2 months of the original start date). Classes will not be refunded after the class has started. But may be transferred to another class or lesson at our discretion and will be subject to a service fee. Missed lessons will not be refunded or made up. Dogs may attend class with another handler, or can catch up at their next class. You can always contact us for additional support via email. Private lessons: Refund available up to 48 hours before your appointment, minus the service charge. Late cancellations within 2 days of your appointment: 50% Credit towards a suitable lesson or class (to be used within 2 months of the original date). No-shows or missed appointments will not be refunded.
