Service Description

Our foundation skills class will set your dog up for success in future training throughout their life. Sit/Down Stay/Settle Recall Leash Walking Focus to Handler Voluntary Leave It (Impulse control) Socialization techniques with people, children and other dogs. Play with your dog and incorporate it into your training All classes come with detailed weekly homework to guide you through your home practice. This class is open to dogs of all ages! If you have some basic skills, our instructors will challenge you with some more advanced skills as we practice! Dogs over 9 months of age that have not participated in group sessions before are encouraged to discuss your situation and or take a private lesson to ensure suitability for the class. Dogs that are showing reactive, are acting overly fearful, show lunging or barking behaviours at people or dogs must start with a private lesson to ensure a group class is the right fit for them.

Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy: All refunds are subject to a service fee. Classes: Cancellations up to 48 hours before your class can be refunded; a service fee will be deducted for all refunds. Late cancellations within 2 days of your class: 50% Credit towards a suitable lesson or class (to be used within 2 months of the original start date). Classes will not be refunded after the class has started. But may be transferred to another class or lesson at our discretion and will be subject to a service fee. Missed lessons will not be refunded or made up. Dogs may attend class with another handler, or can catch up at their next class. You can always contact us for additional support via email. Private lessons: Refund available up to 48 hours before your appointment, minus the service charge. Late cancellations within 2 days of your appointment: 50% Credit towards a suitable lesson or class (to be used within 2 months of the original date). No-shows or missed appointments will not be refunded.
