Service Description
CGN test is a 12 step program to proof that your dog is a good canine citizen when out in public and a safe and well behaved member of our society. Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy: All refunds are subject to a service fee. ​ Classes: Cancellations up to 48 hours before your class can be refunded; a service fee will be deducted for all refunds. Late cancellations within 2 days of your class: 50% Credit towards a suitable lesson or class (to be used within 2 months of the original start date). Classes will not be refunded after the class has started. But may be transferred to another class or lesson at our discretion and will be subject to a service fee. Missed lessons will not be refunded or made up.  Dogs may attend class with another handler, or can catch up at their next class.  You can always contact us for additional support via email. ​ Private lessons: Refund available up to 48 hours before your appointment, minus the service charge. No-shows or missed appointments will not be refunded.
